Scotty's Race 2012 set for Sat 21st April

The 5th staging of Scotty's Race in memory of Scott Peoples will be held on Saturday April 21st at Kialla and incorporate a 100km circuit as per the 2011 course.  As with previous years it is expected that there will be a strong field taking to the start line of this event which celebrates the life of Scott Peoples.  Last year's strong showing of Shepparton riders was great news for the locals but will they be able to maintain the pace this year?  With an earlier scheduling this year's race could be on the to do list for some other riders who have not previously tasted the dead roads and cross winds that this region is known for.
